Kristinn, I have watched the news and read the online news and all seem to be saying that Congress has to act. None that I read say that the ban expires Sept 30.
I hope this is correct but am having trouble finding a link.
The good news is that Harry Reid is now having a news conference at 2 pm. I imagine he's livid, I hope so!
