Anyway you look at this it’s good news for the folks. If their is no vote, the ban expires seeing that it is renewed yearly. This seems to make it ok to drill again if this ban isn’t renewed by sept. 30th. If a vote takes place and it doesn’t have the veto overide votes, it doesn’t pass, and drilling will be allowed this way as well. If their is a vote and it passes, their are definately going to be some seats changing hands in November, rep. or Rats!! Since bush announced this 25 minutes ago the dow has gone up 40 pts. and oil has dropped 50 cents. Their is a mental aspect to this no matter how bad the rats want to castigate phil gramm.
