And a Manhattan Project for nukes, 50 in the next three years for starters. 100 more later.

By the way, all 56 French nukes were built using a single design by Westinghouse.

Time to unplug from the Middle East.

Yes - and how about something along the lines of making profits on all new wells tax free ? Britain did this just recently to stimulate production. Remember when Internet sales were not taxed to get the Internet up and running?
