I think we will have a president Mcain much to my displeasure

What if all the pundits are wrong and the Republicans actually win the trifecta on the coat tails of a McCain blowout. A republican congress, hopefully with enough real conservatives in it, should cause a lot less damage than a far left POTUS & dem controlled congress. I think it is possible if Barry loses in a blowout. I'm not a McCain fan, but that would be the best of the possible outcomes.

If this scenario were to happen (ala 1948), the pundits and Democrats would be devastated. It would be a huge blow to their egos seeing a virtual predestined victory turn into miserable defeat. One can only dream.

While that would be nice I am not counting on it since many dems will vote for mcain and then pull the switch for their dem congressman or senator. I would be pleasantly surprised if Mcain had coat tails but I think it is wishful thinking.
