Consequently, the law of the land is inadequate to restrain abuses that are common to "women," and the men who employ such tactics. Admittedly, it would take considerable rewriting to get the points across for those who (ab)use the language therein, but who said those reconstructing the country would have to keep the Amendments after number 10 or so?

I dare say the greatest evils of our current day came from expansive readings of the First Amendment. Clearly, we can no longer give "free speech" carte blanche' just as we no longer give "bear arms" carte blanche'.
