Whatta dolt. They just don’t want anyone out of the teeming “blue states” to have a voice in the process.
Oh for crying out loud! Dukakis doesn’t think that candidates will stop focusing on certain states if the Electoral College is eliminated?? They’ll be all over California, Texas, Illinois and NEVER darken the doors of Alaska, and about half of the western United States.
Good thing this will never pass.
