The problem is that congress has gotten very good at pointing the finger at Bush for their failings. So, gas prices, the huge budget deficit, bad legislation, and a myriad of other things all get laid at Bush's feet, when anyone who understands how the government works, knows congress is to blame. I'll grant you, Bush could have wielded that veto pen with more vigor and more frequency.

Still, I like your sentiment. Let's throw the lot of them out and start over!

It has been a failing of the leadership of the GOP, among other major failings on their part, to educate the American people regarding the dirty politics that have taken place since way before Bush was elected. The Liberal mantra “it’s Bush’s fault” is BS and the blame should be directed back to the responsible party, the US Congress. They’ve had 50 years to fix all the ills we have today. The US Congress sends their BS to Bush to either sign or veto. It’s “NOT” Bush’s fault; it’s the fault of the morons in the US Congress.
