Harlingen woman who was in a coma for a week after a hit and run accident has died
Harlingen - The family of twenty two year old Christina Agado says she lost her fight to stay alive last night.
She had been hospitalized following a hit & run accident in Harlingen, a week ago. The suspect, eighteen year old Mario Alberto Garza, is in the Cameron County Jail.
He's been charged with Failure to stop and render aid, a third degree felony.
Investigators on the case tell NEWSCHANNEL 5, for now it does not appear that he will face a murder charge, but the investigation is still on-going.
He is an illegal immigrant, so he will not be allowed to bond out.
Officials tell us, if he is convicted of the crimes, he will be deported after he serves his sentence.
Christina Agado's father Rick Agado sent a statement to NEWSCHANNEL 5 following the early newscast on Sunday by Email.
"We were faced with the difficult decision of letting Christina go. She's no longer feeling pain and is with the lord. No words can explain how grateful we are to hospital doctors and nurses who allowed us to keep Christina a while longer. We wish to thank family, friends, even strangers who have prayed for Christina and continue to wish us best. Now we leave Christina's case in the hands of justice and the lord." - Rick Agado

Fact is most LE agencies are quite used to the fact that many hit and runs nowadays involved illegal aliens, who have no big desire to hang around for the cops after a collision. They'd just was well leave you dying in the street.

I know of a case, not too long ago where an illegal made a left with an on-coming car to his left with 4 young people in it...It was basically a head on. He fled and was located about 4 blocks away, with neighbors pointing the direction her ran ...At a clown house where he ran there were other illegals..Found this guy under the covers in the back bedroom, sound asleep...Drunk as a skunk. The scene was so bad ya couldn't tell the male young people from the females due to the amount of blood.

The poor woman died. She was killed by yet another in a long line of illegal immigrants who are slaughtering American citizens on a regular basis. His punishment for her murder (because that’s what it amounts to) should be a firing squad.

Illegal is illegal and if they kill one innocent American or one-thousand, it is still wrong. We all know better though, but it is certain most of us don’t care and this includes Republicans.

It is hard to win the argument without data and cold, hard facts. Why don’t we have data? Because the government doesn’t want us to have data. We wouldn’t know what to do with it, right? There are no statistics, no records of citizens being killed by invaders. The government wants us all to remain, one nation, under anesthetic, with apathy and cheap labor for all. Until there is an awakening, a stiffening of the spines, this, like any other issue, will remain ignored. Until such time as real Americans rise up and demand government enforce the laws and protect the lives of their citizenry, as is their job.

When are the leftist asshat clowns who refuse to enforce immigration laws going to realize illegal aliens are not supposed to be here!
