Clemente? You have to have some skewed ideals to think a pop child star as screwed up as Nelson was more tragic than Clemente losing his life trying to help others.
The joke I heard was that they turned to sh*t after you bought them. This was right after jackson signed a record-breaking contract and promptly went into a slump.

Although now that I do a little research, I see his season-high for assists was 27. He did that when he was 26, then it dropped over time - until he was 34. Then he got 27 assists again. He only had nine the year before - I guess the league was lulled into a false sense of security.
