The Super Stubborn ListThis list will remain up until these videos are down. For whatever reason these particular videos have staying power. No matter how often they are flagged, they just stay up. So I figured we could flag them several times each -- not every day by each person, but each of us maybe once a week -- and maybe YouTube will get the point.... I will add a new "stubborn" video to replace each one we get removed!! We'll keep 5 or 6 on the list.

As a follow-up to last weekends efforts to get repeat offenders removed by You Tube, we have composed an e-mail (self explanatory, see below) to be sent to the editor at You Tube and would like as many FReepers as possible to copy and past it into an e-mail and send it in also!
Like the flagging we do daily, strength in numbers will hopefully get these users removed and draw attention to the fact that they are not following their own terms of use. Adding any additional commentary is completely up to you.

SUBJECT: General Policy Enforcement
The below YT users all have something in common.
They should have been suspended according to YT Terms of Use and Community Guidelines!
Efforts to get these users suspended have included -
a. Flagging
b. When three or more videos were removed due to "terms of use violation" - in the six month time period as specified in the General Policy Enforcement Information ("If an account receives a third Community Guidelines strike within six months...the account will be terminated.") - flagging continued if videos remained, and in memo YT was advised how many videos had already been removed and in what time period.
c. Complaints have been filled out on each giving this same detail on your Report A Video Complaint Form.
To date, these users remain, some are even still active.
The information provided to the right of user address reflects how many videos have been removed during a certain period.
Please! Suspend these accounts! The very fact that they are still there allows them to continue to promote violence and hatred!
