Regarding telling you when “that new one gets posted”...
All I can say is it’s in the hands of someone else now who is doing a story and they were waiting to get a slightly better scan of “that new one” to compare to Obama’s.
But this “Filed By Registrar” vs. “Accepted By State Registrar” thing is not an issue. I have seen non-Obama scans that say one or the other.
But there are other serious shoes about to drop... Stay tuned...
