There’s no evidence that he’s a Muslim, unless you buy into the Muslim lie that anybody who is born to a Muslim parent and/or in a Muslim country and/or who has ever been converted to Islam even against their will or without their knowledge, is a Muslim (and thus must be killed if they ever “renounce” Islam). There’s plenty of evidence, however, that he was knowingly affiliated with a racist, Marxist, hate-mongering “Christian” church for many years, and only disaffiliated from it under extreme public pressure and for the benefit of his political career.

Frankly, there are lots of Muslims whose beliefs are more peaceful and rational and consistent with the Constitution, than the vile stuff spewed by Reverend Wright.

I think it matters because muslims by and large fell under the sphere of influence of the former Soviet Union. Throughout the muslim world you find them easily co-opted by marxists who played on their antipathy for European colonizers and/or Jews. Many collectivist regimes are run hand-in-glove with Islam.

Now, of course, you can point out that there are collectivists who are Christian and Jewish, and this is true, but the judeo-christian ethic has proven compatible with capitalism and freedom. Islam hasn't. There's no Islamic influence in the American experiment, and freedom is a foreign concept to Islam as far as I can see.

Some of it has to do with the differing underlying philosophy of the three faiths. To be Jewish is to be chosen. To be Christian is to have faith in God's forgiveness. To be Muslim is to be obedient. Now. Which one of those is most compatible with Marxism?

Whether we like it or not, Marxism and Islam are deeply compatible. The only two details in which they differ is in the State v. God figurehead and the tribalism v. nationalism loyalty. But on the individualism/collectivism continuum, Islam is closer to them than to us.

When "whiteness" has become a codeword for capitalism, which it now is in universities nationwide, when Islam has become a symbol for "non-whiteness," we are looking at the new class war, which melds white/judeo-christian/capitalist into one identity, and non-white/marxist/muslim into the other. The only other.

This is the direction they are trying to move us. So the point of this rather long post is this: If Obama is, in addition to being a marxist, also possessing an imprint of cultural islamism (even if it's just from childhood experiences), he is the perfect candidate to solidify this thinking. And that is dangerous to the last free country.

There is evidence he was a muslim and was raised one. He even denies that, but has been outed on it, it has been proven. So, is he lying now or is he still a muslim? Maybe you know some muslims who are peaceful, I know a lot of them who are not. And really, if a muslim goes by the koran then they may be lying and pretending to your face while thinking something entirely different.

Yes, Wright is a scumbag but remember he is also a "reformed" muslim, or is he? Did he really convert or just pretend to. You see with muslims and their beliefs that you can lie to infidels you never know if what they show on the surface is true.

They why aren't there any Moslem countries where women are equal citizens?

You are correct. This especially includes the guy featured in my tag line and on my profile page.

OTOH, Reverend Wright probably doesn't actually believe at least half of the stuff he spews. Prior to going into the ministry, they guy led a useful life, serving both in the Marine Corps and in the Naval Medical Corps. At one time, I suspect he was just as patriotic, if not more so, than most of us.

His biography also indicates that he took over a congregation of roughly 90 active members. After struggling to build and improve them, he discovered a market for "black liberation theology". This was back in the mid-1970's when racism against black people was clearly on its way out and racial hustling was clearly the growth industry to replace it.

Rev. Wright was merely a smart enough businessman to recognize this and exploit it. Like Jesse Jackson, he became rich and famous by doing so. Congregates like the Obamas likely flocked to him because they take his rantings seriously. I'm not so sure Rev. Wright sees them as anything more than show business.

But those (name a few why dontcha) are not the ones Obama is affiliated with. He is affiliated with Wright, Farrakhan, William Ayres, Bernadine Dohrn, etc.

I don't know if he's a muslim or not, but judging from his friends and his wife, he is at minimum a racist and a Marxist, who wants to further divide (notice the root in the word divide is the same as in the word diversity) and "change" this country into the exact opposite of what we have always been.

In fact, on his personal presidential type seal, he eliminated the phase "E Pluribus Unum" (Out of the many, one) and replaced it with "Vero Possumus" (Yes, we can). It's clear that a divided America is the goal of Obama and the left. No longer,"United we stand, divided we fall." They're not teaching that in the public schools anymore.

As for traditional (read white) Americans, the correct slogan from Obama would be, "No You Can't, Not Any More!)

Obama is probably not a Muslim now. I don't know if he formally renounced the faith of his birth and childhood, but he did join a Marxist Black Nationalist Church. The problem arises from Obama's repeated lies on the subject.

However, there are facts beyond dispute. Obama's father was a Muslim and his clan in Africa are Marxist alligned Muslim thugs who tried to steal an ellection by force. And Obama supported Odenga.
Obama's mother was possibly a red diaper baby, who was an alienist to the point of purposely choosing non-white husbands as a revolt against America. Little Barack Hussein Obama, after being a Muslim in Indonesia went to live with his soft-on-red grandparents in Hawaii. There he choose to associate with his blackness and chose to see his grandmother's fear of crime as racist. The boy read the Diary of Malcolm X and say this hatred of America as his path.
In the 1970's he fell under the tutelage of the CPUSA activist Frank Marshall Davis.
Obama married a woman whose college thesis was based on her own alienation from the white PRincetonians who had given her a scholarship. Moving to Chicago to be a communitee activist and recruiter (ie follow the techniques of the New Left) Obama joined a black nationalist Church.

Obama's religion at birth bothers me less than his consistent choices to hate America.
