Democrats are probably celebrating this ruling as well. Now that gun control can be taken off the table, the dems can try and regain the votes of the conservative "Reagan Democrats" who abandoned them years ago over social issues --of which gun control played a huge part.

Now the dems don't have to talk about guns --which for them has been nothing but a vote loser.

MacCain can (and will) say anything with conviction in a speech. That's part of his problem.
