I was with you right up until you said you think B. Hussein has a “decent enough character”. I think his political opponents in Chicago could shed some light on that. Also, his “business” associations in Chicago do not make me very comfortable regarding his character.
Not to mention that to all appearances he is a racist, which many consider to be a character flaw.
Decent enough for a Democratic politician. He doesn’t seem to have the tunnel vision egomania of the Clintons, or a lot of other politicians. There’s something strange about the business of politics. You’d think it would increase self awareness, give you an appreciation of how others see you. For some, it seems to have the opposite effect. It makes them phonier. I suppose it’s a hazard when the LSM becomes your echo chamber.
This above all else, to thine ownself be true... was never spoken for a politician.
