Does anyone want to try to make the case that “it doesn’t matter who’s President”? Only Ginsberg and Breyer were appointed by Bill Clinton. The other 7 were appointed by Republicans.

Yes, that’s true, just like the CA gay marriage decision included only one Dem appointee but we know a Democrat President means 100% extreme left activist court appointees.

Only Ginsberg and Breyer were appointed by Bill Clinton. The other 7 were appointed by Republicans. 5-2 (71%) is a lot better than 0-2 (0%).

OK, so 100% of those appointed by Dems voted to cut the 2nd Amendment out of the Constitution, but only 29% of the Republican-appointed ones did. Shameful, yes, but a HUGE differnce.
If someone can't make the distinction here, or between McCain and Obama on a whole host of issues, something's wrong. I don't like McCain much, but he's clearly much better than the only other alternative.
