No Republican wants to see footage of dead black Africans killed by white American troops all over the nightly news.
We also do not have the troops to spare at this time. Although we might have some surplus Iraqi AK's we can hand over to the opposition

I suppose Zimbabwe's neighbor will supply most of foot soldiers, and Brits would send a small contingent. U.S.?
