He wanted to offend people, so nasty commments (and, the comment above was not nasty) are the tribute he would want.Funerals, memorials, and tributes are for the survivors, NOT the deceased. Though some believe it's for them to pontificate: See Fred Phelps. Let's not try plumbing the depths, the way they do on the Huffington Post or DU.
