EXACTLY.....just wait until they turn on and off your heat....like happened in Poland to a friend of mine...turned heat off in April or May, no matter the weather....didn’t turn it back on till about October, no matter the weather.
“Translation: Sit in the dark, accept brown outs and black outs, live like third world nations and don’t complain....” just be grateful you have that one square piece of toilet tissue per event.
