Bull. Live in your dream world. We are not the majority anymore. I think McCain is the ONLY Republican who could beat Obama...just because of the fact he’s a liberal Republican. The last two years of elections backs me up, not you. The only Republican who could have won this year is a Republican that moderate Dems could feel ok to vote for. And there you have Johnny. Give me ONE example why you think a conservative could have won this election cycle. JUST ONE.

In that case, there is no use voting for the Republicans any longer as they have become what I voted against these decades.

McCain won the primaries with cross-over voters. If, as had been the case 20 years ago, the primaries were reserved for Republican Party members, Thompson and Huckabee would have duked it out early, and Thompson would be up against the Dims now. Romney was another that got much of his strength from people who would support him in the primary, but will not vote for him in November.
