Two totally different situations. SC declared independence from the US--they seceded. OK is merely declaring its rights as a part of the US.

This is not secession from the Union, this is demanding something that the Bill of Rights already is said to guarantee.

Your anology of succession from the Union does not fit. The south formed a collective block of States and created it’s own federal government. In doing so, the Confederate government confiscation Union property en masse. A State has it’s own rights, including the right to stop supporting the federal government and vice-versa.
