FDA: Florida, Mexico Supplied 'Majority' of Tomatoes in Outbreak

My youngest son recently completed a required rotation at a medical clinic in Florida's tomato growing district. He told us that 75% of the patients were illegal and spoke no English whatsoever.

The main treatment sought was for STD’s. HIV & full blown AIDS comprised the majority of ailments. Hepatitis is rampant and drug use is out of control. The area is thick with prostitutes providing “services” to the illegals.

He described patients with infectious oozing open sores on their hands. Patients that hadn't bathed in months. Jaw cancer that had eaten through to the surface on one person's face.

Sorry to gross everyone out, but these are the people that are handling your food. WASH YOUR VEGGIES!

Grew up in NJ and I’ve lived all over the country. Huge tomato lover here and imo, the *best* tomatoes are in found in NJ.

And of course, taking a page from CAIR, Mexico has already complained that their tomatoes are subject to two inspections once in Mexico and once in the US and it’s so unjust and going to cripple their tomato industry yada, yada

It's Mexico, period. They love to load up their honey wagons with tourist poo. That's why they serve them beans and rice.
