Not only is he not qualified, but the legions of morons with whom Obama would stock his adminstration are Clintonite and Carterite morons who are languidly anti-american and squishy on national defense because of it.
Win or lose, the SCOTUS ruling today will be an albatross around the neck of Obama and the Dems. As the smoke clears and it becomes clear what the consequences of giving key documents to unlawful combatant lawyers, of divulging military operations in an open court, in the media and protester circus that will surround trials, to the potential (seems to me there is no way around it) of forcing military personnel to testify in a trial for every combatant captured etc. the public will become wise to the foolishness of this ruling.
