Riddle me this batman?
I saved the scanned BC from Kos:

And I saved the scanned BC from Obama’s site:

I printed both of them out and examined them carefully. While they seem to be the same document, the amount of hatching outside the border is different, at the top and at the bottom (could just be someone cropped it differently).
More interesting, note the little horizontal lines in the border at the vertical - horizontal border intersection (in each of the lower corners). On the Kos version, those little lines are lower than the interior border line of the bottom border band. On O’s they are aligned with that interior border line.
And on the Obama version, you cannot make out the apostrophe’s in “father’s name” or “father’s race”.
Do me a favor, look at my photoshopped version at 205 and 207 and tell me that isn’t convincing enough that this whole was created (except the background and printed State Seal, which look like they were actually scanned).
