Look at the the Mohammed text that I inserted and compare it to the original. You'll see that the 'O' and the 'A' look exactly the same as the original.

The text lines up the exactly the same.

The fact that this is known to be an actual photoshop should be indication enough the image Kos posted is, in fact, also a photoshop.
