Has anybody verified this is what it would look like. It looks more like a car title then a certified Birth Certificate. Hmmm Maybe its a title to a flood damaged brain.
As far as I know, today is the first time it has been posted anywhere. Official copies obtained from the State are very plain looking.
I’ve had to get them for Passports, etc.
