DAMAGE IN OR NEAR CHAPMAN...WHICH IS ABOUT 10 MILES EAST OF
ABILENE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 48 MPH.
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
MILFORD STATE PARK...JUNCTION CITY...GRANDVIEW PLAZA AND OGDEN.
That path from Grandview Plaza to Ogden will take it right through the central historic district portion of Fort Riley.
Lots of Soldiers and families living on base. Tens of thousands.

and click on Manhattan KS to enlarge your view, you can see the doppler relative loop showing the tornado vortex passing right over Fort Riley and headed into Manhattan, KS where K-State university is.
I sure hope it is aloft and not on the ground but you can even see the center of the vortex when enlarged....damn I know a lot of people out there.
