To be totally honest I live in CA where Obama is going to crush McCain but this will be the first time I do not vote for the GOP candidate for POTUS.

This will be the first time I have not voted in a national election since 1964 and with the exception of voting for Lyndon Johsnon (okay, I was young, dumb and in the Air Force) I have voted for Republicans every single time--though I consider myself a Conservative Patriot and NOT a Pubbie.

McLame lost all of the respect I had for him as a POW when he and his good bud John "The Snake" Kerry, buried the POW/MIA evidence during the hearings and mistreated the witnesses (mostly family members) in order to help push for normalization with that Godless, Communist, Vietnam.

And don't even get me started about how he maligned and impugned the Swift Boat Vets as well as all the rest of us Nam Vets because I'll have to take another blood pressure pill or have a couple of shots of VO.

It shouldn't be a difficult decision, but McCain hasn't said or done anything that makes me want to vote for him and has said and done plenty of things that make me want to vote against him. He does seem to have a pro-military opinion and that may be the only opinion he won't change, but who can say? So who do I vote for? I don't trust either one to do the right thing, so do I want to spend the next four years hating a Republican (sort of) President who will likely be or a demonrat President? Tough call. We are so completely and totally screwed.

I'm 'stuk hear in ILL-er-noise (gnu I shudda whent to collage)' and Obama will take it in a landslide [The Dead are already filing their absentee ballots] so my vote means even less than yours.

Ergo I can vote for someone who actually believes in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and thinks the USA is still a sovereign nation with borders -- ME!

So, being that you are being honest, who will you vote for?

Let’s review - a vote for McCain will help him get elected, not voting for McCain either by not voting at all or voting for Obama will assure that McCain doesn’t not get elected. So, it appears that your logic will result in Obama a POTUS. Is that now your goal?

Therefore, you’ve gone through all of Obama’s proposals as well as McCain’s well documented negatives and Obama wins? If that’s true, trust me, you are a closet democrat, probably a good thing since you live in CA.

If you are looking for input, think this through once again.
