That works if he was born abroad, not within the US...on the other thread we fleshed that out entirely with the help of Freepers Jack Black and sitetest. If he was born to a US citizen mother on American soil, he is a natural born ciitizen. That is why is he was in fact born in Hawaii, he qualifies.

If he was born in Kenya, then he probably does not, because that rule, that his single US parent had to be at least 16, lived in the US for 10 years, five of which had to consequatively before the birht, then comes into play.
