Canada does not force convicted serial murderers to apologize to their victims, but a pastor is forced to apologize for expressing his beliefs?

The Panel does find that Dr. Lund, although not a direct victim, did expend considerable time and energy and suffered ridicule and harassment as a result of his complaint.

That is because Dr. Lund's complaint has allowed the public to realize that he is, without question, a freedom-hating faggot.

Canada has strayed far from the common law if they allow damages of this sort.

He should neither apologize nor pay the fine. If the government wants to lock him up for his views, that's definitely to be preferred. To submit is to allow one's soul to be raped by the state. Let them rape the body instead.
