While I thoroughly enjoy damn near everything Eastwood has ever done, let me put in a plug for a pre-Dirty Harry movie, "Play Misty for Me", that was one scary damn movie, and Jessica Walters was so over-the-top as a crazed stalker of Eastwood's character (radio jock Dave Garver), it was easy to believe that was her natural persona.
Also honorable mention for Eastwood's portrayal of Red Garnett in 'In A Perfect World' with Kevin Costner, I thought that was a powerful, if dark movie, it was excellent.
But -my- favorite lines come from Eastwood's superb 'Unforgiven':
Will Munny(Eastwood): "It's a hell of a thing, killin' a man. You take away all he's got...and all he's ever gonna have."
The Schofield Kid(Jaimz Woolvett):"Yeah...well, I guess they had it comin'."
Will Munny: "We all have it comin', Kid."

And another “Unforgiven” line...this time by Gene Hackman, playing “Little Bill”, the sheriff, who has just pistol-whipped “English Bob” a gunfighter, played by Richard Harris: English Bob is knocked to the ground, and Little Bill is kicking the hell out of him, head, face, ribs, when he says to Bob, “Guess you think I’m kickin’ you, Bob!”
It was a serious and dangerous situation, and that line put just a dose of humor into that brutal scene.

Right after that line there is this:
“Killin’s a helluva thing, kid. You take away all that a man has, and all that he’s ever gonna have.”

It was a great movie, but I think it branded Walters for the rest of her life.
