Obama and Carter should be our emissaries to Mars.

What’s on Mars that we want? If we’re talking manned missions, I would perfer a moon base.

It certainly ain’t gonna happen in his lifetime. Probably not even in the lifetime of my 15 year old son, or even in his son’s lifetime. Probably not in the lifetime of anyone now living.

McCain would like to see a man on Mars

And I'd like to see a Conservative in The White House!

(He'll probably get his wish first.)

I love how the man who claims to be all about spending restraint wants a big government “energy independence” program, more war, and putting a man on Mars.

Can’t do it. Space missions create too big of a carbon footprint. We couldn’t afford the offsets.

Do you know how many greenhouse gases such a landing would release into the pristine Martian atmosphere.
