Likely the tape (if it truly exists) is being withheld until Obama is nominated, or until Hildabeast concedes. When that happens, the tape will be played.
Hillary might be waiting to play it, but I doubt it. Likely, some conservatives have it and will wait until after Obama is nominated. Maximum impact. The dems will either have to dump Obama (which will strip all of the black vote from the Dem party), or run a candidate who has attended a racists church for 20 years with his racist wife.
Okay, here’s a truly off-the-wall thought:
What if Hillary does concede, and Obama gets the nod, and THEN the tape is found and released.
Do you possibly think there may be a THIRD party who would have much to gain from a dishearted Hillary and a disgraced Obama?
If they don’t want the Wicked Witch, and they don’t want a potential racist, who would they (Democrats) pick?
