I have no idea. Apparently she’s saying NYC people are too stupid/criminal to own guns. She may have a point there.

It amazes me that they don’t teach English or speech at Stanford. Wow, that sentence structure really leaves a lot to be desired.

I think she is trying to say that gun control in big cities is OK, but not elsewhere? That’s what I got out of it anyway. I guess she wants more of that.

Is Chelsea copping her style from Miss Teen USA contestants now?

Garbled, isn't it? I *think* she's saying that Hillary supports NYC-style gun control... and that "more could be done" with that sort of approach. Particularly in those "less enlightened" areas, such as upstate rural NY.
