The rules are what I say they are, until I say they aren’t, or unles somebody says I have to say they are again, or unless someone else who says they aren’t says they are.
Of course, this can all change

The RNC blew it.
They should have met before the DNC to announce that ALL delegates from Florida and Michigan would be restored to a full vote at the Republican Convention.
That would have put increased pressure on the Democrats and stirred the pot. I suppose it’s not too late for the RNC to do, so long as it is before the Democrat Convention. I’ve been saying this is what the Republicans should do for a while.

I looked but couldnt find any reference to this. When did the Repubs take away delegates? Please give me a link so I can read the article. Here's Michigan...
wiki:The 2008 Michigan Republican primary took place on January 15, 2008. Mitt Romney came in first with 39 percent of the vote, followed by John McCain with 30 percent and Mike Huckabee in third-place with 16 percent. The victory was widely-viewed as critical for the Romney campaign, as a loss in Michigan, where his father was governor, would have resulted in a loss of momentum after two losses already in New Hampshire and Iowa. National delegates determined: 30 out of 60 In accordance with Republican National Committee rules, Michigan was stripped of half its delegates for holding primary contests before February 5, 2008.

...and Florida.
Wiki:The 2008 Florida Republican primary was held on January 29, 2008, with 57 delegates at stake on a winner-take-all basis. The Republican National Committee removed half of Florida's delegates because the state committee moved its Republican primary before February 5.

Yes, with the Michigan and Florida counting, Hillary has the popular vote and she will sell that to the Super Delegates. You do realize that none of the caucus votes were counted? Had they been, she certainly wouldn't have the popular vote.
With IA, NV, ME and WA caucus vote estimates (Plus Mich and Fla) Hillary leads by 52,331.
Link
The biggest problem with Hillary's "Popular Vote" strategy is NOT the caucus states popular vote but instead the Michigan popular vote.
And if the turnout is big in PR, Hillary won't need Michigan...as you apparently don't realize.

I’m sorry but I need a better source than Widipedia. Is there anything in the media about this I can reference. Thanks.

..as you apparently don't realize. ...Uh, yes, I realize PR will probably put hillary over in the POPULAR vote.
I also, realize that is an ESTIMATE for the caucus votes as they were NEVER tallied or counted...proving how UNIMPORTANT the popular vote is in this nomination really is.
I, also, realize PR doesn't vote in the GENERAL [Of course you realize that, too, right?]...soooo, their vote counts for jack, zero, nada.
This popular vote stuff didn't make Gore President and it won't make hillary the nominee.

"Supers" can trump dem voters.
That's why dems have them .
Supers are a fall back in case the liberal voters choose the "wrong" person. Was it instituted when Jesse Jackson was running? I'm not sure.
It reminds me of the old USSR days when Russians would vote for someone and the party wouldn't accept them.
Dems are the same. The party "bigs" have the power - and the voters are window dressing to make it all look good.
Trust me, if the great unwashed put someone up who the "supers" didn't like, they would not win. Voters are a joke in the dem party - everyone knows it.

"Supers" can trump dem voters. The public should have demanded that MI and FL get ALL of their elected delegates, but lose ALL of their Superdelegates. The Dims would NEVER have accepted that, and a wedge could have been driven further between the public and the Dim Party.
