I’m not either, but this seems very odd to me. Why on earth would this “priest” make these comments at all, much less there and now??
Pfleger is a well-known, well-publicized leftie "activist for the downtrodden" here in the Chicago area. He makes headlines all the time for his protest and gun-grabbing activities.
The "theory" around here is that he, as a born/bred southside Chicago Irishman, has been jealous for a long time vis-a-vis the "privileged" kids from the surrounding suburbs. Count Hillary among them - Park Ridge is one of the closest suburbs going NW out of the city. Probably one of the first to really benefit from "white flight" out of the city.
