1. Schools where kids are permitted to drop out if they CHOSE to do so are BAD schools?

2. Schools where teachers have to care enough to buy their OWN laptop are bad schools?

3. Schools where kids go who have parents successful enough to live in houses with large back yards are bad?

4. Are monoethnic, inner-city Oakland (or Bayview) schools bad schools, because they are not "fully integrated", or are those schools instead GOOD?

5. Why not score students on whether they come from traditional, intact families, and see what bearing that might have on their scores, and whether they graduate?

So schools will be graded on the "Number and percentage of students who drop out of school between grades 6-12."

OK, I take that to mean that schools where few students drop out will score high:

The natural effect in inner-cities will be horrible; instead of permitting good black kids to study in peace, teachers will focus their efforts simply on preventing drop-outs, rather than on conferring knowlege: they will be transformed into prison wardens who keep book-hating gang-bangers in class, where they will distract other ethnic kids who still want to learn.

Meanwhile, in suburban where few kids drop out the school rating will be lowered for "inadequate racial integration".
