Taking from hardworking citizens to give to the slothful and the non citizen will remove the incentive to work hard.

You betcha! This is the Leftists M.O.D. They love to make rules to which they themselves are exempt. They love to "do good"--but with somebody else's money--not theirs!

Sociopaths and other undesirables are drawn to "Altruism" like a magnet. Anybody who believes that they are anything but self-serving cynics is a fool! Anybody who thinks these people are looking out for anyone but themselves is a fool!
