OK, let's say, for the sake argument, that she gets arrested for intimidation and threats to the life of Obama.

There is no way that any prosecutor can win a criminal case against her - especially her - on that charge. The defense would argue that there is "reasonable doubt" as to what she was saying, that she was merely talking about a historical fact. So it would be a waste of time and government money to arrest her and charge her on that.

The Vincent Foster homicide? That's a different story. Remember again that there is no statute of limitations on capital offenses.

Hello.

Yes, of course, the case of the Clinton (regime’s) murder of Vince Foster is a very strong one. But who would bring the charges?

We all know it would not be the DC police nor the Fed Park police.

We also know Vince Foster’s wife has moved on. I assume same for his kids.

There is no entity who has the power or the inclination to seek justice and truth in the Vince Foster murder case...is there?
