On the list for defacto nationalization (note that some of these already are partially nationalized -- as in owned or controlled by the government)...

* Oil and all major energy production and distribution -- coal, natural gas, hydro, nuclear, forests, biofuels, etc. (the feds already own most of the minerals, dams, and forests)
* Health care -- pharmaceuticals, hospitals, medical clinics, doctors, dentists, etc. (national health care)
* Transportation -- airlines, railroads, shipping, highways, parcel and mail carriers (FedEx and UPS get nationalized into USPS)
* Housing industry (in order to "rescue it") -- construction companies and developers which already regulated to death by local and state governments (no more independent plumbers, carpenters, electricians, etc.)
* Banking and the rest of the finance sector -- banks, credit unions, savings & loans, mortgage companies, credit card companies, etc.

Again, notice how much of the above already are defacto nationalized! The frogs, aka dhimmis, are being cooked alive.

Is there any more obvious example of something that needs to be privatized than the USPS?
