On a different note here but involving Waters, last week she and anothe lib woman congress person from CA and a couple of other libs were listening to the testimony of a group of Iraq Vets Against the War. I did not get to see the whole show on CSpan but Waters was up on her high horse telling one of these guys that she was going to ensure he would get to have an education using the GI bill ...and I believe somewhere in the course of conversation it was stated that the former soldier in question was given a general discharge...not honorable...general which is a notch above a BCD which is not as bad as a Dishonorable but in either case a BCD or Dishonorable is a bad bad thing..a general is less bad...I would have to go an look up the restrictions on granting the GI bill and don’t know if one with a general discharge is entitled to education on the GI bill if he has a discharge other than an honorable discharge..
But in typical Maxine Waters style..she is going to bully her way into things going her way...Oh and in her unconscious moment she started to use the word socialize the oil industry which is clear that she is a socialist..At least that guy from VT owns up to what he is..
And people wonder if these guys earn their pay? You could not pay me to sit in front of that bunch of Congressional nitwits, not even those CEOs Salaries, benefits, and bonuses.
What is a hoot about ol BOR is his constant remarks to the effect, “ if this keeps on, let me know. I will take them on , get to the bottom of this, etc.” as if his threats have everyone shaking in the boots.. BOR is not some all powerful god but he sure thinks he is...
