I seldom make long comments on the threads, but when I do I try to do it with reason and some facts to back me up. I am a graphic artist and mostly stick to that.
I also am not PC Police. I am a Catholic who has upheld the values of my faith.
In my comments I did not deny bad behavior [sins, I call them] on the part of anyone. BUT, nowhere in this thread did I see anyone telling people they couldn't voice the truth.
I also voiced the truth when I cited good things that Cindy McCain has done and posted links.
Now, as a good Conservative Christian, I don't believe there is anything wrong in also telling the good things a fallible person has done. How is that wrong? Did it keep anyone else from stating their views?
John McCain is a flawed person, he caroused and had many affairs before he met Cindy in 1979.
I, also, was a great admirer of Jackie Kennedy and loved the whole Camelot idea. Years later we found out it was a sham.
I still liked Jackie, a Catholic, but she spent the last years of her life in an illicit love affair with diamond dealer and industrialist, Maurice Templesman, who was still married.
I am not meaning to offend anyone on this thread, that is not my nature. I try to get along and I don't call people names. We all have our own views about things and I respect that.
Also of interest, last evening JimRob posted a thread and he now agrees to support John McCain inspite of 'intense' dislike.
Another off topic tidbit;
Maurice Templesman supposedly is one of the top funders of Barrack Obama and Hillary Clinton. He was in Angola just last week seeking loans for a multimillion dollar diamond deal.
I admit I don't find Blogspots to be the best source of reliable material but there were other sites on Google.
Thanks for all the info. Mxxx
