I know I’m crazy for doing this during my time off.
There’s no chance of me getting to the beach on July 4th either - dang it! Actually I try to avoid beaches during the holidays - too crowded for me.
But, maybe I’ll get there later in the year.
So, it’s suppose to be a nice day, whadda ya going to do?

Well, things are little more quieter than they were yesterday. We did have storms move through yesterday which brought some small hail and a loss of power to our block.
After bringing it to our attention we got our power restored after an hour.
Also yesterday was the first day for the ne newspaper carrier for one of our local papers. Yesterday's afternoon paper didn't arrive until close to 7:30 PM in the evening.
We have a risk for storms later today and tonight. Watching things very closely.

Since we have bread, butter and.... since we have bread and butter only, I will have to go to the supermarket. I don't like doing that but I suppose we have to eat something. ;)
Is it nice where you are? We could use some gorebull warming and sun. It's been cold and cloudy a lot. But, it looks to be a beautiful weekend ahead weather wise, it will hit 70! :)

Your weekend sounds like great fun! Have a great weekend! We won’t be going away. Finishing up summer chores. Yard, deck etc. But I enjoy working outside. We will have Monday to BBQ and relax.
