I don’t think we disagree. My point is that anyone tells us they can “fix” it is lying. It’s not broken. It’s just the way it works (or doesn’t actually). Best you can do is severely prune it back.
We could make a big dent in it if we could just get over the idea that Congress can regulate anything they can "find" to have a "substatial effect on interstate commerce".
