There should be no NEED for the Mods to pull all this garbage, but it certainly is wise that they are.

Fact is...you don’t have to be a member of FR. Go find a site that more lines up with how you believe, if that’s what you want.

I would echo those sentiments... Massachusetts once produced patriots and free men - however times have changed, and in the modern era all too frequently Massachusetts has produced dishonorable, disreputable men and traitors. I'm not going to speculate on which of those categories might be most suitable to describe Kerry or Kennedy or any of those others who have not only soiled their own neighborhoods but have taken their corrupt ways to the national level in their quest to remake the nation into the Socialist hellhole of their dreams.
I don't wish ill health or worse on Kennedy or anyone else (well, I'll make an exception for jihadis) - that is simply not the American way, nor is it my own personal way - I just wish that enough voters in Massachusetts could come to their senses and not only boot such people out of office, but also have the decency to replace them with people possessed of greater ethics, integrity, and honesty, people who understand and love what America stands for, rather than despising America...

Exactly. I’ve never understood the “it’s all about ME,” “I’m being repressed” attitude one finds on an internet bulletin board.

It would take 2 hours to fully evaluate him. THere would be a CT or MRI, that takes approx 1/2 hour. He was likely intubated, that takes some time. Then the helicopter has to be summoned and arrive. Most likely that 2 hours was taken to stabilize and evaluate him. It would actually be moving fairly quickly to get all that done and have him on board the helicopter in 2 hours. Bears repeating. My wife is much better at understanding how these things go. She's constantly watching Discovery Health - I have to leave the room when she's got some of those programs on. :-)

Hi, the Adm Mod has been extremely patient and understanding with you.
May GOD Bless and be with Sen. Kennedy and his family in this critical time. May he have a quick and complete recovery.

Supposedly he’s talking to the doctors.

“On March 19, 2004, President Bush asked, ‘Who would prefer that Saddam’s torture chambers still be open?’” said Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Mass. “Shamefully, we now learn that Saddam’s torture chambers reopened under new management: U.S. management.”

And don't call people Shirley! This is HUGH and SERIES! ok? You know, with all of the people who get called Shirley, I just realized, I don't know anyone named Shirley.
To: BunnySlippers
That would be a good sign.
Let’s hope he recovers fully and decides to retire and spend more time with the family he obviously is devoted to.

There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with her post. You are quick with the delete finger.
So, if the reports are that Kennedy is fine, are you going to allow the posts to go back to the same type of stuff they have always posted about Ted Kennedy without you deleting it?
To: bill1952
Actually, that is a pretty cool acronym. I have never heard that one before...of course, a true lady doesn’t hear everything.

**Smooches** You are forgiven. As all have said, the Mods are overwhelmed with this post and they are only human - mistakes happen.

I also don’t want him to suffer....he’s going to have enough to answer to God for, in the end.
