That’s rioting. That’s not open warfare.No, it was clearly a planned pogrom. Not only did it achieve its goals of additional ethnic cleansing of the Serbs and Roma, but the eradication of more evidence that Kosovo is Serbia (the ancient Serbian Churches found everywhere there).

No, it was a riot, like the Serbs pulled the day after Kosovo declared itself independent. If it doesn't involve machine guns and mortars, it's a riot.
