Obama is a follower of Black Liberation Theology. Black Liberationists believe that the US is an oppressive, hegemonic, imperialist nation, and as such, they do not support the use of the military by the US for any reason.

So, yes, Obama supports appeasement of all Middle Eastern countries, appeasement of all the enemies of the US. Obama believes of not only the redistribution of wealth, but the redistribution of power, and the redistribution of rights, as in judicial restoration, from the “oppressor” to the “oppressed”.
