There’s the proof McCain has no intention of upholding the law, he plans to deport only convicted felons (which he won’t have to because they’re in jail!).

With Americans footing their bill.

Yep. He’s going to lead his friends in getting us signed up with Kyoto, appoint some SC justices at least as `moderate’ as Breyer and Ginsburg, ram-rod amnesty down out throats (with his pal Teddy), make sure our campaign finance laws allow only senators to run for president, and then, in his 2nd term, create the United States of North America.
These are all things we (the people) don’t really understand and should leave to our betters in Congress.

Glad to see that someone else thinks this is a neat idea; I’ve long advocated it. More specifically, I wish that out SOTU can take the form of a Q&A along the lines of Prime Minister’s Questions in the British House. Whenever I have the chance, I watch C-Span’s coverage of the session on Sunday nights.

Well, I look forward to 2010 when we finally get rid of our POS/GAY Governor who talks about immigration and then vetoes every possible bill that would help us on enforcing those borders. GO J.D. Hayworth for Governor of Arizona...I’m going local as US Politics is just too depressing to think about...My tv is going to be shut off alot more after this year and I refuse to watch FOX/CNN/NBC/CBS/ABC once the election takes place.

Their presence in the United States of America violates the law.

Doesn’t McCain understand that?

If he doesn’t grasp something that basic, there’s NO WAY he gets my vote.

He called them illegal several times.

His objective is to develop a process that will allow Mexicans to work here with legal sanction. He did not spell out how that will be done. That will be done by the congress.

I heard his speech today. The part about the judges brought the biggest applause.

As far as speeches go, it is a good early campaign speech, but will not work as we move through the campaign.

McCain is the best candidate running in the ‘08 election who has a shot of winning. I think he’ll be a pretty good president.

McCain seems to have left out a few important steps there...

He is a fool, and he thinks he’s fooling us.

I will, however, vote for the deluded fool, simply because the alternative is even more horrible. This does not mean that I do it with any enthusiasm or support for him, or the Republican Party hacks who engineered his ascendancy. For them I reserve my whole contempt.

All we can do is work with what we have. Defeating Obama and the traitor rats is our first objective. Whether that objective is met, or not, the next step is to thoroughly cleanse the Republican Party of the RINO stain.

>....but I had to shut it off when he declared the borders secure. Good G—, this man is deluded. Is there anyone here who can possibly feel good about voting for him?<

Deluded? He wasn’t at near bottom of his Academy graduating class for nothing! I will not vote for this turncoat.

I will write in a proven honorable name, that of Duncan Lee Hunter, the only man qualified to be president of a great Republic.

“So, what I want to do today is take a little time to describe what I would hope to have achieved at the end of my first term as President.”

This backstabbing jerk wants TWO terms. Now I’m DEFINATELY not voting for him.

Did McCain really say this or is this a bloggist’s writing what he wishes McCain would say? I’m confused.

I want McCain to win as he is the least of the evil that the Democrats have planned for us. I prefer McCain only has one term and doesn’t do much in office other than act to defend us from foreign enemies, protect the homeland and let the free economy solve problems, not government. I don’t want any big McCain projects as his ideas are too close to what harm the Democrats intend.

The Iraq War has been won. Iraq is a functioning democracy, although still suffering from the lingering effects of decades of tyranny and centuries of sectarian tension. Violence still occurs, but it is spasmodic and much reduced. Civil war has been prevented; militias disbanded; the Iraqi Security Force is professional and competent; al Qaeda in Iraq has been defeated; and the Government of Iraq is capable of imposing its authority in every province of Iraq and defending the integrity of its borders. The United States maintains a military presence there, but a much smaller one, and it does not play a direct combat role.

Finally a Republican who's not afraid to say that we won the war in Iraq. And we won it a long time ago.

I can name two or possible three right off the top. Probably four if I wanted to hazard a guess.

Oh no! Not more sheeple talk! Unless conservatives stand on their principles and not catch the garbage the RNC, Inc. throw at us, we will have been permanently defeated by the globalist elite.
