MSNBC using CNN's satellite feed?

MSNBC had a split screen with Chris Matthews on one side and live video of Hillary Clinton shaking hands on her way out of her victory event. The video of Hillary disappeared and was replaced by a still screen identifying the feed as a CNN channel. MSNBC then went back to the one shot of Chris Matthews.

I don't know if Hillary was covered by a network pool but it was funny to see what looked like MSNBC freeloading on CNN's satellite feed.

MSNBC is a separate network? I thought it was just another CNN outlet. Sorta playing Oldsmobile to CNN’s Buick.

CNN is covering the pool feed from the Clinton campaign tonight. Footage also going to AP, CBS, ABC. Someone at MSNBC was not quick on the draw with the Avid keyboard.

I seem to remember that FNC got caught poaching the CNN feed at least once, maybe for the Columbia shuttle disaster.

The CNN spy, um, CNN competitor analyst noticed the non difference in the live shot, and got CNN to flash something on the feed to verify.
