There IS a draught in spring this year in Sichuan which suffered huge damage in this earthquake. In fact, Sichuan government gave a Red Code for this draught. And it caused 8 billion lost especially in agriculture. But I didn’t know whether the draught is because of earthquake or not. It needs analysis upon history data.
