I don’t ‘get’ the humor in that one .. Rosie the Riveter represented American women who took to the workforce to do ‘unladylike’ work during WWII when their men were in battle ...and that was every bit as noble as Rosa Parks refusing to go tot he back of the bus.

You must be either too young, or haven’t studied WWII history. Rosie the Riveter was regarded as a heroine because she entered the work force to build airplanes, and whatever was needed to help our boys fight. We won, BTW, in case you need to be reminded. Rosa Parks proved a point and got a free ride which has not ever stopped, and probably never will.
